Our founder carried out school cleaning for about a year across sites in Nudgee, Redcliffe and North Lakes. The work covered the normal day-to-day school-cleaning scope and the routines needed to leave spaces ready for students and staff.

A plan may cover classrooms, learning areas, bathrooms, staff rooms, offices, reception, common spaces, floors, entries, bins and agreed touch points. Periodic detail work and specialist incidents are quoted and documented separately.
Before starting, we confirm keys, alarms, restricted areas, closing times, approved products and the contacts authorised to change the scope. A written brief prevents cleaners from guessing and gives the school a clear reporting route.
Routine commercial cleaning is $55 plus GST per cleaner per hour—$60.50 including GST. Total labour depends on the campus areas, frequency and agreed task list.
