Prices vary by city, business model and service scope. In Brisbane, Make It Clean’s regular rate is $55 plus GST per cleaner, per hour—$60.50 including GST. A two-person team working for two hours equals four cleaner-hours.
Spring and bond cleaning need separate estimates because build-up, inclusions and property condition vary much more.
Cleaner-hours make team bookings easier to compare. One cleaner for four hours and two cleaners for two hours both equal four cleaner-hours. The elapsed time is different, but the labour is the same.
