Salt
Baking soda

Castile and Dawn soap

Hydrogen peroxide- you can use it interchangeably with white vinegar.

Cleaning with asthmatic-friendly cleaners is a great way to clean your home and manage your asthma. Here is some different asthmatic cleaners’ suggestion that will clean your home and decrease asthma triggers. The recipes are among asthmatic-friendly cleaning products. They include: –

Mould & Mildew Cleaner

You can use Borax, Baking Soda, or white vinegar to remove moulds and mildew. Having any of these products can be able to scrub mould-infected areas. Also, you can use Lemon Juice and salt or salt and white vinegar. What you have to do is mix the two products either lemon juice and salt or white vinegar or salt and scrub the mould-infected area. Thereafter, dry the area. After that, dry the areas after you finish.

Disinfectant Wipes

You can have a disinfectant wipe which is favourable for asthmatics. You can make these disinfectant wipes using a

A few drops of dawn dish soap
50% white vinegar, isopropyl alcohol, 50% warm water, or hydrogen peroxide.
A few drops of your favourite essential oil.

What you have to do is mix all the wet ingredients in a jar. Then you fold or roll a few washcloths, small rags, or hand wipes and place them into the jar. Then you have to put the lid on and keep it in a cool and dark place on your counter. What you have to do is pull a cloth out whenever you need to wipe down the bathroom or kitchen. You will then throw the used clothes into the washing machine and then make a fresh batch every week.

General Cleaner

With a general cleaner, you can be able to do general cleaning. It is safe for people, food, and pets. What you have to do is to use

Three lemon peels
Glass Jar
2 cups of hydrogen peroxide or vinegar
Spray Bottle
Ten sprigs of rosemary

What you have to do is add rosemary, lemon peels, and vinegar or peroxide into a glass jar. You have to leave the glass jar in a cool place for three days and infuse the liquid with rosemary or lemon. Then add and strain the liquid into a spray bottle. You can now use it to do general cleaning.

Glass Cleaner

To make a glass cleaner. You have to use

50% warm water
50% vinegar
Spray bottle

Besides glass cleaning, it can also be used to work well on mildew and mould. You can also make the cleaner not smell like vinegar by adding fresh citrus peels or several drops of your favourite essential oil.

Pan and Oven cleaner

To make the pan and oven cleaner. You will need to have a paste of

One teaspoon of dawn dish soap
Mix ½ cup of baking soda
Two tablespoons of hydrogen peroxide

What you have to do is spread the paste on stained pans and pots or inside the oven. Then you have to scrub it with a scrub brush and let it sit for 30 minutes or so. Then you have to use a damp cloth to wipe the pan and oven.

Stain Remover

For stain remover use: –

Water
Borax

You will mix ¼ cup of borax and 2 cups of water. With the mixture, you can use a cloth or a sponge to dap the solution on the stain. Then you will let the place dry. You can then use another clean cloth that is moistened with water to scrub off the stained area.

Polishing and Dusting

In dusting and polishing, you can use either almond oil or olive oil. You can use a soft fabric together with a few drops of oil to polish the surfaces.

Toilet, Tub, and Sink Cleaner

You will use Liquid Castile soap as baking soda. You will sprinkle the baking soda onto a porcelain surface. After that, squeeze a couple of soap onto the surfaces. Then you will have to scrub the porcelain surfaces with a damp rag. Then rinse well to avoid leaving a hazy film.
