Regular house cleaning costs $55 plus GST per cleaner per hour—$60.50 including GST. We quote the expected labour time based on your home, priorities and service frequency.
Cleaning is charged by labour time. If two cleaners attend, each cleaner’s time contributes to the total labour hours. A team can complete the work in less clock time, but the amount of cleaning labour remains the same.
We confirm the expected time and scope before the booking. If the home needs materially more work than described, we contact you rather than quietly running up the bill.
Photos and an accurate description help us estimate more reliably.
Regular cleaning maintains the home weekly or fortnightly and uses the $60.50 including-GST hourly rate.
Spring cleaning allows more time for detail work and buildup. Bond cleaning follows a different scope connected to moving and inspection requirements. These services are quoted separately.
When enquiring, include your suburb, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, preferred frequency, pets, parking or access information and the three tasks that matter most. That gives us a much better starting point than a vague request for “a general clean.”
